This notice is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and, where applicable, the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”), as well as other applicable data protection laws.

Through the “Get in touch” form on this website, the following personal data is collected, voluntarily provided by the user: name, email address, message content.

Purpose of Processing

The data is processed solely to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and to manage any resulting business relationship.

Processing is based on the user’s explicit consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and, where applicable, on steps taken at the user’s request prior to entering into a contract.

Processing Method and Data Transfer

Data is processed using IT tools and appropriate technical and organisational security measures. It is not disclosed or shared with third parties, except where required by law. Where data is transferred to or accessed from a country other than the user’s country of residence (e.g. between the EU and the UAE), the Data Controller adopts appropriate measures to ensure a level of protection consistent with applicable law.

Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, and in any case for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required due to an ongoing business relationship or legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics/tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). The hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, date/time of access) for security and server operation, as is common practice for any website.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may at any time request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data, or request restriction of or object to its processing, by writing to thomas@tomsharvest.it. The Data Controller will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
