This is a brand site, not a shop. It shows what Tom's Harvest makes and where to find it — the buying happens at the retailer, under the retailer's own terms.

By accessing and using this website (the "Site"), operated by Thomas Pfisterer ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
This Site is informational and promotional in nature, and concerns the Tom's Harvest™ range of frozen fruit. It is not an e-commerce platform: products cannot be bought directly here. The Site tells you about the products and points you to the physical and online retailers where they can be purchased.
We are not responsible for the prices, availability, sale conditions, delivery or after-sales support offered by the third-party retailers listed on the Site. Any purchase made from a third-party retailer is governed exclusively by that retailer's own terms and conditions.

We work to keep the product information on this Site accurate. That said:
